Another recycling challenge - starting with a basic, strapless, bridesmaid dress, I added Fleur de lis type designs I created by pouring liquid latex into molds and then applying them to the bodice. I added a belt around the neck as an adjustable strap, some sparkly branches, and a few layers of gray and black tulle for dramatic flow.
