Another recycling challenge - I started with a simple, basic skater-style dress. I spray-painted some Christmas wreaths and added them to the bottom hem of the skirt section, and one at the shoulder, wrapping it down the arm. I added glass bird Christmas ornaments to the sleeve section and eucalyptus around the bottom of the skirt portion.
