Another recycling challenge - I cut off the bottom of a basic, strapless, mermaid dress and form-fitted the skirt section. I added several belts - different sizes and styles, for adjustable straps. I dotted one side of the dress with pink, nylon flower pedals, and added two rows of buttons down the front of the skirt section. The Hat is made from a piece of metal wall art. I think it was supposed to have a clock in the center but it was missing when I purchased it.
