This is another recycling challenge. I removed the peplum waist and the gigantic, lace collar from an '80s, Designing Women style suit, joining the jacket and skirt together to create a kimono-style wrap dress. I incorporated lots of belts along with bamboo placemats - you know, because I love the unconventional materials.
